You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a full refund. After 30 days, your request for a refund is no longer valid.
If you’re unsatisfied with our course after you tried it out and implemented the lessons, we will insist on you receiving a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request prior to 11:59pm PST (US Pacific Standard Time) on the 30th day following your purchase.
If you’ve watched at least 90% of the modules/lessons in the course, tried the methods and design tricks and you’re still not satisfied with the course, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with 4 photos that you’ve designed using our course material. We think that’s fair. We will issue a full refund once we are convinced that you’ve actually implemented the materials in the course.
Products that are purchased while they’re discounted at 80% off or more are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the 30th day following your purchase, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Please note the payment plans are NOT a “subscription” but are monthly instalments of the full enrollment fee. We offer this to make our courses more affordable for students.
