Refund Policy
We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too.
 
All sales are subject to each Product’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:
Product with a 30 Day Refund Policy:

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a full refund. After 30 days, your request for a refund is no longer valid.
If you’re unsatisfied with our course after you tried it out and implemented the lessons, we will insist on you receiving a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request prior to 11:59pm PST (US Pacific Standard Time) on the 30th day following your purchase.

 
If you’ve watched at least 90% of the modules/lessons in the course, tried the methods and design tricks and you’re still not satisfied with the course, please send us an email to support@instadesign-mastery.com with 4 photos that you’ve designed using our course material. We think that’s fair. We will issue a full refund once we are convinced that you’ve actually implemented the materials in the course.
Products that are purchased while they’re discounted at 80% off or more are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase.

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the 30th day following your purchase, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Please note the payment plans are NOT a “subscription” but are monthly instalments of the full enrollment fee. We offer this to make our courses more affordable for students.
